BANK REMITTANCE STAFF 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintaining accurate records of all bank transactions, including payments and transfers.
  • Accurately and efficiently process documents for international payments.
  • Verify and check required documents for international payments.
  • Typically handles the processing and tracking of payments and funds transfers, often involving international transactions.
  • Prepare and report various reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly payment reports.
  • Assist in daily balancing reconciliation and recording of daily deposits.
  • Conduct checks on incoming and outgoing remittance instructions.
  • Report on banking activities, including payment reconciliation reports, and supporting financial analysis to Operation Manager & Chief Financial Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Any graduate or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Female of age under 35 Years.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well experience in Foreign Remittance Operations payment processing and banking environment.
  • Able to go independently.
